Each package does include two assistant on the day of the wedding creating a team of three. This ensures that we can always be taking care of our couples, setting up and decorating, while problem solving as anything may arise. 

Once a signed agreement and the retainer is received, your date is officially booked.

The final payment is due one month before your wedding date. 

Events By Gillian and Co. is made up of a team of lead planners and wedding day assistants. Everyone is equipped to step in at anytime to ensure you get the best experience. 

You sure can! Each package includes up to 12 hours of wedding day coverage. If you feel that it would be better to have someone there longer, we can add additional time by an hourly rate, à la carte style. 

Absolutely! We feel that it's not necessary for our couples to make one. Plus items are always being added after new scenarios pop up on a wedding day! The kit has you and your day covered.
