Gillian, HERE!

During my time at PSU, I was fortunate to gain vast insight into hospitality and client service. This included an internship executing weddings at the Hotel Hershey (a Forbes 4-star rated venue); learning from those at the forefront of the wedding and hospitality industry, such as Justin Rosenburg, CEO of Honeygrow; a senior project in which I oversaw the opening of a pop-up restaurant (The Golden Lion) from concept to reality; and obtaining my ServSafe Certification. I have also spent time doing extensive research on best standards and practices of other hospitality companies, and incorporating them into my own business.
